We conduct an in-person interview, do extensive candidate screening process including reference checking and criminal history check. OUR DOMESTIC WORKERS ARE:

Full-time and stay in.Part-time and stay out.Ready to relocate.
Available to start to work immediately.Age between 21-55 years.
Criminal history check-up.Work reference check-up.
1 month probation period.12 months guarantee in our entire placement.

TEMPORARY  DOMESTIC WORK PLACEMENTS:

BACKGROUND CHECK-UP:

A professional pre-employment screening service will run a check on each domestic worker at the time of hire, which includes:Criminal history background check.Traceable previous work reference.Identity verification.Work permit verification.Passport validity.

APPLICATION

• Covers the nanny's education, training in childcare, family information, personality profile, outside interests, skills and availability.
• We will share the application with you during the search process.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Assesses experience, appearance, hygiene, professionalism, and personality.

WORK HISTORY

• Includes the previous employers' names, phone numbers, the domestic worker responsibilities,
• the dates of employment, salary and the ages of the child or children cared for.

DOCUMENTATION

• The nanny's proof of eligibility to work legally in South Africa,
• copies of these documents will be on file in our office
